The legislators want Canada Post to open personal mail without a warrant. Criminalize cash over $10k. Allow all kinds of officials, including border security, to do warrantlesss searches of devices. Another one makes ‘hate' a more serious crime. ‘Offensive, non criminal speech’ to be criminalized. Internet content control. Preemptive punishment. Power to kick Canadian individuals off the internet.
