Federal prosecutors way out of line, doing things that authorities in the US should never do.
The Broadview Six said the Feds' case was about causing them 'psychological and financial torture.' (Does that meet the federal definition of terrorism btw?)
The six people were facing up to 10 years in prison, and they are now hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt.
Feds' mission accomplished. Scare people away from standing up for their constitutional rights.
How did the Feds get caught in this trial? The defense thought something was going wrong in the jury deliberations, and they asked the judge to give them the transcripts, which is something not usually done. 'But for that, we would not know about the misconduct here.'

... which is probably accurate. Seems very unlikely federal prosecutors of a high politics case didn't know what they were doing every step. Calculated moves.
'Errors? They straight up tried rigging the grand jury against the defendants. The DOJ tried to FRAME Americans for crimes they didn't commit. If that isn't criminal, what is it? It's a good thing I'm not a judge. I'd dismiss every case Hump's DOJ brings as frivolous.'
It's rare you see stories that give citizens confidence in their government, and common you see the opposite. So are we at the point not just for new people in the roles, but new style of government?
A big chunk of that has to go down to just having so many laws that criminalize non-criminal (non-harmful) behaviour. You're just asking for abuse, corruption, and manipulation.
