The innocent middle eastern American guy's client at the moment was an undercover informant for the bounty hunter company (which hasn't responded for comment). The 3 black men rolled up, threw stun grenades and pointed ARs at the guy and hauled him off to the police station.
The hunter company had a 78% facial recognition match or something.
