Ethnic conflict over resources (because economy in decline). A two-tier justice system that favors Muslims, combined with high-profile (sometimes outrageous) Muslim-on-white incidents.
A tweet by a white woman sentences to prison for a tweet (which perhaps spoke in favor of doing things that might harm Muslims) said ‘If that makes me a racist so be it’. So racism will become accepted, and the threat of calling someone racist will be null. This might have happened sooner, except UK (and some other nations but not USA) make it illegal to be racist, basically.
