The two countries signed a visa-free travel agreement, so both nations' citizens can visit the other without forms or a wait for a visa. Lots of Chinese go to do trade there, visit customers. Formerly, the beurocracy for Chinese who wanted to visit Brazil (mostly for business because they already have businesses there) was discouraging.
