Bill Ackman on Howard Hughes Stake, Tariffs and Harvard (youtube.com)
How can he avoid conflicts of interests between the two funds?

At Pershing, they invest in minority stakes in large and megacaps, great businesses that sometimes have ‘lost their way' or also businesses they think are undervalued or news-scarry only. Howard Hughes will buy 100% smaller private (smallcap public also) companies (also looking for durable growth, insulated from macro). Yeah, those don't conflict at all.

Ackman, his wife, Harvard, Trump, big funds.
