A whole team of these masked soldiers couldn't catch the guy. Why are there squadrons of military dressed, masked thugs walking around the streets with machine guns in their hands? Chicago. Is it justified? No doubt they are putting some fear into criminals, which was probalby in defecit. But what nation has masked soldiers on missions in their cities?
