Trump had a ribboncutting. He banned CNN, Politico and MSNOW from the White House, and the other news agencies in solidarity didn't attend. Trump friendly agencies like NewsMax did attend, but some botched their video coverage.
The three banned filed a First Amendment lawsuit. Trump tweeted against the three and the judge (appointed by Trump though).
He raises the point that Trump ‘feeds off being covered.’
