If the Cops Are Unlawfully Shooting at Me, Can I Shoot Back? (youtube.com)
Tigger happy cops in Texas shot up the homewner in the middle of the night.

Immanent threat, felony being commited upon you or your home. Texas has castle law, no requirement to retreat. First aggressor standard, aggressor can't later claim self defence.

She was encountered with unlawful lethal force used against her. The police were not acting on any lawful authority at the time. She certainly was having a felony (felony attempted murder) committed against her and at her home.

You can basically always shoot back at someone who attempts to kill you or someone around you, in the US, it seems, doesn't matter who they are or on what assumptions they attack you.

Commenter. ‘Defense against the police should be normalized.’
