Supreme Court Gives Trump a Win in Birthright Citizenship Battle! (youtube.com)

Sacks talked about a regulation for AI companies where the companies are obliged to report any threats (nuclear, bio, hacking) to the government.

All 50 states are passing aimless AI legislation. They don't even know what they want to regulate or how to implement it. Blue states ban ‘algorhythmic discrimination’ etc, and the developer and the business are in violation in Colorado (where discrimination is already illegal anyway, so what does the law add?). The models will have to build in a DEI layer to prevent disparate outcomes (even if truthful). Not laws to do with harm, just to do with oversight, giving the government approval systems, regulatory control over private systems, the ability to go in and investigate.
