As it is, it's a 'constant xenophobic attack.'
'None of them, not even a single one of them, is thought to be a criminal.' Although some are, some aren't, there legally in terms of state permission.
There is an NGO that fights xenophobia in SA. So, good to know that when the NGOs that fight racism no longer are considered viable, they can just shift.
