Trump's racist post about Obamas is deleted after backlash despite White House earlier defending it (apnews.com)

The Obama's faces are photoshopped onto the bodies of gorillas. Would it be racist if it was a different race? Would it be racist to put Trump's face on an orange ape, such as the orangutan?
