Is the only solution home circuitboard printers? or at least community level factories?
Only way may be for these boards to be made by a government agency which is then bound to certain rules.
The Qualcomm purchase is outlined in this video, and it's about as bad as it could be.
Don't use any platform you can't control 100%. Don't upload contributions to anything that could one day be sold.
