Friedburg talked about how he was in Tokyo recently, and there's a ton of Westerner tech people there, lots of people trying to get a second and even third option for passport/golden Visa. An ‘alarming’ and growing trend that these peope don't see it as being in America anymore, that they want the tech progress things to happen in other countries now.
Is this that the young men have become unwelcome in the US/Canada/West, and have left as much as they can/they've experienced other places and know not everywhere is like the US, and the young women will follow them?
